In several cases all the default fields in a generic application aren’t enough; on indyco we have added a feature that allow you to define in a simply way all the custom property that your project need in order to map perfectly all your corporate requirements with indyco.

You can define, in each project, a custom property for both attributes and measures type.

From Tools > Manage custom property definitions… menu item you can define each property as you want.

After that initial setup, you can edit each element custom properties using the same property panel.

Custom Property Reordering

Available since indyco 4.5.0.0

Starting from version 4.5.0.0, users can reorder custom properties using drag and drop within the Custom Property Definitions form.

This enhancement provides a more intuitive and efficient way to organize custom properties.

It is particularly beneficial for projects with numerous custom properties, as it enables users to prioritize important ones by positioning them at the top.

Reordering in Indyco Conceptual Builder

The Conceptual Builder allows users to reorder custom properties directly within the Custom Property Definitions form using a simple drag-and-drop mechanism. Once reordered, the defined sequence is consistently maintained across attributes, measures, and facts description panels.

Indyco Explorer also preserves this order, allowing users to interact with custom properties in a consistent manner across different views.

Reordering in Indyco Logical Builder

Similarly, projects developed with the Logical Builder also benefit from custom property reordering. The order established in the Custom Property Definitions form is reported in description panel for relationships, facts, and attributes, ensuring uniformity throughout the system.
